Raising funds to support the ongoing work of the Rape Gang Inquiry

She is 1.5m x 1m on deep edge canvas so there is no need to frame the painting. Created in acrylics and finished in oils she is special painting that speaks of holding the space for the rights and safety of women, for our girls, to create a future of ripe potential and beauty in our world. 

This artwork was painted just before I ran an Art Project called 'I Am Woman'. Which was about woman finding her voice through the creative process. And she is a powerful painting about woman's voice and her rights to safety. Last year I kept feeling she was to be raffled to raise funds but didn't know who for - it hadn't quite dropped in. As the women in the rape gang inquiry find their voice and a platform to be heard I cannot imagine a more aligned painting to offer to help raise funds for this important work. So all funds raised will be donated to this inquiry.

Tickets start at £10 for one ticket for the painting ‘Holding the Space for Womanhood’. Entries to the draw will close on Thursday the 19th March at 11.59pm. The winning ticket will be drawn on Friday 20th March - Spring Equinox and announced via email to all who have entered. The winner will also be announced on social media.

May the Medicine in this painting serve all and may the winner be imbued with Her Beauty.
