- When you came to the workshop what inspired you to come and take part? - Having worked with Lisa prior to this I am Woman art project, i just knew it was a project that I wanted to be a part of and participate in. Lisas gatherings have always had a powerful impact on me.
- What did you receive, get to understand or learn about yourself and your body from creating your art on the I Am Woman day? - When it came to connecting with my outline before painting I felt very emotional. I felt into how over the years I had been so disconnected and neglectful of my body.
- What does it mean to you to have a female body in our modern day world? - It means I get to experience and connect to all the beautiful internal changes that happen within the body of a biological female in the different stages of maturity.
- How do you feel about your body today? - Working with Lisa has guided me to open my heart to forgiveness, compassion and acceptance. I still feel there is more progress to be made when it comes to understanding, appreciating, and nourishing my body fully with what it needs to thrive.
